Who is Motor City Automotive Group?
Motor City is a pre-owned car dealership based in Rochester, New Hampshire. Our aim is to provide an entirely different car buying experience than what many have come to expect. We provide all of the information that is available to us to our customers, because it is the right thing to do. With the increasing availability of information for customers regarding all aspects of the used car buying and financing process, Motor City was founded as a way of using those resources to provide an exceptional buying experience. Where are you located?
Motor City Automotive Group is located on 154 Farmington Road in Rochester, New Hampshire. This is not far from many points in southern Maine and New Hampshire.

Where do you get your inventory?
Inventory comes from quite a few places. Customer trades, wholesalers, auctions, and rental car companies provide the bulk of our inventory. Check out our blog article here for more information.

Will you really tell me if there are any problems with the vehicle I am interested in?
Yes. Our preferred service partner, Country Tire, which is located in Rochester, New Hampshire gives us an independent third party inspection. We can provide this to you at your request.

Do you do anything to the vehicles before you sell them?
Absolutely, to start our service center, Motor City Service Center does a full inspection. If we do not do work that they list as optional, we will let you know and give the option to have the work done at our cost. You can see the list of recommendations for each vehicle as on the pictures in the vehicle description page. We will also clean the vehicle before it is offered for sale.

Do you offer and vehicle service contracts or extended warranties?
We have a range of options for extending or adding coverage on most of our vehicles, be sure to ask for more information on the specific vehicle you are interested in.

Do you have financing programs?
We have aggresive financing programs for both good credit, bad credit and everything in between. We provide the lowest prime rates available to those who qualify. Do you take cash or check if I am not financing?
Whatever the easiest way to pay for your vehicle is for you, we will try to accept. If you are unsure, please call us at 603-692-8700.

Do you charge any more than the advertised price of the vehicle?
We charge an administration fee of $199 for sales at Motor City Automotive Group. This is solely to cover the costs of paperwork and administrative staff. Other than that, we don't charge anything else above the price of the car.

Do you have all of the titles for your vehicles?
We are not allowed to sell a used vehicle in New Hampshire if the title is not under our control. The state is very strict about this so you will not need to worry about purchasing a vehicle that does not have the title.

Do you do Buy Here Pay Here?
Although Buy Here Pay Here may seem like the last option for individuals with bad credit. We have focused on building a network of lenders that can provide conventional alternatives to Buy Here Pay Here financing.
